These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

9. Call Charges
Calls are changed as per the customers' current telephone providers pricing. Therefore if a customer makes the call via their residential BT landline they will be charged according to the call plan they currently have. Most residential BT customers have BT Together Option 1, in which case calls are charged per second with a 7 pence minimum call charge. The pence per minute rate we advertise is always the rate from a BT landline on the standard call plan.

Other service providers charge may vary for accessing the numbers as utilised by the service. It is the customers’ responsibility to check with their service provider any additional charges that may be applied before accessing the service. We accept no responsibility for additional charges incurred when using the service.
